Together we have 17 year’s combined experience working within the education sector, working with over 100 schools across London, building solid, long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates.

We strive to provide a bespoke experience to each and every candidate and school we work with and to bring back the personability and care to the education industry. We do this by ensuring every candidate feels valued and appreciated and that we truly understand every aspect of your schools’ requirements.

about carly

Carly has worked in education recruitment for over 6 years, her passion lies with supporting candidates throughout their whole career, every step of the way. She loves to chat to educators and hearing their stories of why they chose education as their career and where they see themselves in the future.

With this, Carly is able to find schools the right educators for their unique requirements. With her honest and caring approach, she is able to provide ongoing support throughout, to everyone involved.

In her spare time, Carly loves to try out new restaurants, exploring all of London has to offer. She loves the outdoors and visiting new places whether in the UK or overseas. Carly also volunteers for a mental health charity in her spare time, where she supports those who are struggling, who may not have anyone else to reach out to.

‘Education for all’ has always had a special place in Marc’s heart. He truly believes that every child should have the right to learn. That’s why when Marc started in the Education recruitment sector, he made a promise to himself to find the best possible practitioner for every school he supports.

To help further support this promise Marc founded Teach Plus. His aim is to enhance the education recruitment sector by offering more emphasis on two key fundamentals: Quality and Service.

Providing a personal touch with candidates, he hopes this will equip schools with the highest quality of educators, in turn, offering children with the education they deserve.

In his spare time Marc loves cycling, cooking world cuisine and has an avid passion for collecting music vinyl’s.
