Salary: £45,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)
About the role and school
Teach Plus are seeking an outstanding School Business Manager to join the senior leadership of a Primary School within Lambeth. This primary school focuses on financial strategy, sustainability, and performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Financial management, including budgeting, strategic financial planning, fundraising and cost control
- Experience operating within a regulated or complex environment
- A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CSBM, DSBM or equivalent)
- Knowledge of facilities management and health & safety regulations
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience supporting HR processes
- Experience with SEND would be beneficial
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
- Has experience in successfully managing people in the workplace.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
