We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and well-established early years setting in Slough. Job Responsibilities

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality early years education through a play-based approach
• Supporting children’s independence, curiosity, and communication skills
• Acting as a key person for a group of children as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress in line with EYFS
• Supporting children with a range of individual needs and abilities
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an inclusive environment
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing of all children

A successful Qualified Nursery Practitioner will contribute to maintaining the nursery’s strong reputation for inclusive and high-quality early years provision.

Qualifications/Experience

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Previous experience working in an early years setting as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
