Nursery Teacher – About the role/school
We are seeking a Nursery Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest from September. This Nursery Teacher role sits within a strong EYFS department with a focus on communication, language development, and structured play-based learning.
The Nursery Teacher will join a welcoming school with a supportive leadership team and a well-established early years provision. This Nursery Teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and creating engaging learning environments.
As a Nursery Teacher, you will be part of a collaborative EYFS team with strong systems in place to support teaching and learning.
Nursery Teacher – Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging EYFS learning as a Nursery Teacher
- Support early communication and language development as a Nursery Teacher
- Track progress and adapt learning as a Nursery Teacher
- Work closely with parents and support staff as a Nursery Teacher
Qualifications/Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience as a Nursery Teacher or EYFS Teacher
- Strong knowledge of EYFS curriculum as a Nursery Teacher
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
