Job Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Support the delivery of engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, practitioners, and parents
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Promote positive behaviour and strong routines
- Contribute to the wider early years provision and team
Qualifications / Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
