Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner looking to work in a supportive and inspiring early years environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join an Outstanding early years setting in Hammersmith on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

This school is an Outstanding early years setting located in the heart of West London, renowned for its nurturing environment, high-quality teaching, and strong commitment to every child’s development. The school provides exceptional education and care for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

The leadership team is highly experienced and dedicated to maintaining outstanding standards, supporting both staff and families within the local community. The school places a strong emphasis on child-centred learning, creativity, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring that each child develops confidence, independence, and a love of learning from an early age.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will work closely with experienced early years professionals in a well-resourced setting that promotes collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement in early childhood education.


Job Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

  • Support the delivery of engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, practitioners, and parents
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Promote positive behaviour and strong routines
  • Contribute to the wider early years provision and team

Qualifications / Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
