About the role/school

Teach Plus are seeking an inspiring, creative, strong Class Teacher to join an welcoming Primary School in Southwark. Early Career Teachers are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

The successful Class Teacher will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, at all levels

Qualifications/Experience

The ideal Class Teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary or junior school setting
  • A passion for supporting pupil development both academically and personally
  • A positive and collaborative approach to teaching
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
